Built for people stuck in broken loops.
FixLoop started from two frustrations: innovators who couldn't trust their developers, and developers who couldn't find help when they got stuck.

The same problem, from two directions
On one side: innovators and founders in Nairobi who had brilliant ideas but kept hitting the same wall — hiring a developer, getting something that half-worked, watching it break, hiring someone else to fix it. On the other side: developers, mostly self-taught, who were trying to build their skills but kept hitting bugs they couldn't get past alone.
- Founders losing money and time in hire-fix-break cycles
- Developers stuck because Stack Overflow wasn't enough
- A shared need: someone who actually knew what they were doing

The service side grew from the same place
As the community grew, businesses started reaching out. They'd heard that the people running FixLoop knew what they were doing. Could we build something? Could we fix something that was broken? The answer, increasingly, was yes.
- Custom software for Kenyan businesses — not agency templates
- Websites built for performance and search visibility from day one
- Debugging and technical support for teams that ship real products
How we work today.
Two things running in parallel: a software company that works with businesses, and a developer community that helps people get unstuck.
Specific over vague
We scope tightly, communicate clearly, and ship what's agreed. No surprises.
Community as infrastructure
The developer community isn't a marketing channel. It's a real support network that runs alongside the company.
Code that can be handed over
We write like someone else will maintain it — because they will. Clean, documented, and sensible.
Honest about trade-offs
We'll tell you when something is over-engineered, too expensive, or the wrong approach. You'll get our honest take.
Based in Nairobi. Working across Africa.
Most of our clients are Kenyan businesses — early-stage companies, founders replacing manual processes, teams whose website hasn't kept up with the business. We understand the context: the timelines, the budgets, the infrastructure constraints.
The developer community spans further. We've helped people debug code from Lagos, Kampala, Accra, and Dar es Salaam. The problems are the same. The support should be too.
